well it looks like I've done it again! another taken inplay by accident and a -500 all red. It was almost a -1000 though so I guess I should be thankful. The annoying thing is I've traded pretty well all day and just completely made a mess of it on 2 races over the 2 days. I'm going to take the weekend off and try and get it out of my head. Not a good feeling.

When I have a big loss I divide it by 2 (my PC) then it doesn't seem so bad :D

Great planning as ever today. 10 min gaps for other races but only 5 mins of build up to most Ascot races - genius!

Had to laugh at the end of the BBC coverage, Willie Carson throwing his top hat on the floor saying 'I won't be needing that anymore'

Sorry to hear that JR, happens to us all at some point or another. Just unfortunate it should happen over ascot when everyone's playing with more. Bit of a break always helps me along with leveling off the balance to stop it reminding me for some reason.. anyone else find that ? odd.
Found it pretty good this week though, only blip i had was today when i left and exit as Take SP and it turned a 44 green to a 50 red :s, not had that before.
