Getting bf account money balance into negative

Hello,
Happened one interesting thing. Now my BF balance is -12.88eu. How it is possible? I will tell you what I did and maybe it will be interesting to someone to discus. I was trading horses and at one time got very nervous(I was in wrong side...), so I made quick multiple clicks on ladder, I was sure that I will get only one bet placed, because my account balance was left only for one stake. But it somehow placed more of them :D And put my money into "-", so I finished that I could not close my open trade, and of course that back bet lost for me all my 150eu bank. So... how it is possible to play(trade) more money then you have? Maybe betfair's servers at that moment got very laggy and it somehow mixed something.

I can assure you that with bf servers this is possible. And when you make your next deposit that negative would be deducted... And when you contact bf support they will tell you is not their fault and they're still investigating your case...

Thank you gutuami for replay. You were almost right, they finished investigation :D Bf support told that it's very rare occurrence. Refund that minus is impossible for their terms and conditions. I was looking in my bet history and noticed that I was placing bets and trading without money for 4 secs. This case is a lesson for me how it's important always to be careful what are you doing.
