Crashed for me AGAIN at Ripon for a couple of minutes. I'll try slowing down some of the settings but this is quite alarming.

Nobody else affected this time?

Nothing over here, I have my Bet Angel settings exceeding normal levels so I doubt it's related to calls to Betfair. No updates from Betfair to speak about unfortunately.

Worth checking your general connection HG?

H,
I didn't see the first race although the last one at Ascot seemed fine?

Seems to be ok now that I've changed the supplementary data refresh rates a bit. Never was a problem before with BF (my overall connection is fine too) so maybe betfair is just a more sensitive than usual for whatever reason

I did some checking tonight and I reckon Betfair may well have had some DDOS issues. If you try and run any form of diagnosis on them you get diverted to Prolexic a company who aim to prevent DDOS attacks!

I dare say they are now checking my IP and my account will be blacklisted! At least it will be something different to Premium charge avoidance

Everything OK with BA, but when trying to log in on the website, it logs in and shows the balance, but when I click the 'my account' link, it opens a page saying my australian account is being created and when I refresh my balance it goes down to 0? Anyone else?

Just so this thread is kept current. Confirmation that Betfair has been down since early this morning.

The multiples product has been down since 10:30 this morning. They don't have an estimation as to when it'll be back up. No info whatsoever on the Betfair service page (http://service.betfair.info/) - what is the point of that page if it never gets updated?!

I've just lost connection to betfair through my BA server host, anyone else surfering with this.
Getting the "While connecting to betfair user the api, betfair returned the following message: An exception occurred when logging into Betfair using the API. Unable to connect to the remote server...etc"

I'm connecting through mode '0'

Using BA running my laptop thru mode 0 here in Berks no problem at all.

I was having a good.... help !

I've started to experiance quirky issues logging into the Betfair API. Not sure what is behind them as some locations are fine but others won't log in via the API.
