Dave is a top man.
it just shows that banking is literally a license to print money and that anyone can do it - there is no "talent" in the big banks, just greedy tw*ts willing to f*ck the country for personal gain.
the only reason that the CEOs of big banks pay ridiculous bonuses to "top" people is to justify the payments they make to themselves.
