Help!

Hi, i recently purchased another 2 months of BA on 14/12/09 @ 14:30. Today a popup appeared saying it will expire in 3 days. I purchased the extra 2 months before my months discounted trial finished. I have tried BA support but it doesnt recognise my email address for some reason. Can anyone help as i dont know what to do,

When you next log on just register your new serial number and that will top up your subscription.
