Just been really busy, with school holidays and the Olympics this is the first day for ages I am actually managing to put a full day in behind the desk. It's been manic but well worthwhile. Everything else has been on the back burner during the Olympics. Early mornings and late nights has left little time for much else. It's been great fun!

Sad news:

The British stuntman who parachuted into the London Olympics opening ceremony as James Bond has been killed in an accident in the Swiss Alps while flying a special wing suit.

Amazing run, doesn't get much better than this for long distance running.
