Automatic Laying Spreadsheet.?

Hi,

Could someone tell me if it is possible to create a spreadsheet that will lay a favourite as default or another selection of my choice. I would also like to give a max lay price and a Minimum lay price and then place the bet anywhere from 60-10 seconds before the off time. I would like it to stop automatically if certain profit or loss targets are met. I know its a tall ask but I was just wondering if it can be done. I would like it to switch to the next race as soon as the bet has been matched. I can purchase this as a package already done but its not through betangel or excel.?
