If Labour finds these tax avoidance schemes so morally repugnant, you have to wonder why they didn't put an end to them, despite having well over a decade in which to do so. Perhaps they didn't want to bite the hands that feed...

It’s totally clear from a legal point of view that this escort AVOIDED tax while Mr Carr EVADED tax, but it seems tough to me that this young woman, who sold her time in an extremely dangerous way to further her education, is going to be locked away (at the taxpayers’ expense) while all Jimmy had to do was say how sorry he was.
