back up systems

Please forgive me i'm new to computers, what would be my best and cheapest option for a back up system in case of powercut or server problems. I guess a battery laptop and a dongle would be okay, but how quickly can you get to your bet angel market. Does anyone use one and have they been lucky enough not to need to use it in an emergency.

i have a laptop with 3g internet, next to my main PC logged in to Betfair at all times.

i find this the best way

the main problems i find though, is when the betfair site goes down, so it's wise to have accounts with betdaq and others too, just in case.

Thanks freedy, doyou use a dongle or wifi, because i can use a lop top of my talk talk, but if theres a power cut, it will not help.
