I have been checking a few things out using manual today, i'm used to every horse redding up, but sometimes it reds up every horse but my one meaning if it comes in to win i still get a good payout. Now what i'm trying to do is make this happen every time, there must be a way to do it all the time if i often do it by mistake, i'm sure its written down somewhere, but thought one of you may be able to tell me. Mybe its a double click a right click ? if you use manual please let me know.

Sorry missed a sentence. sometimes i red up and i stay green on the horse i'm trading, meaning if it wins i still get a payout, but if it loses the red up is in place on the others, i'm not sure how i'm doing it, it's not all the time.
Sorry if I'm being dim here, but it sounds like you're just backing a selection, or after trading are left with a profit from your trading on that selection, both of these scenarios would turn the selection P/L green and leave all the others red.
If you had "greened up" they would usually all be green or all red.

This can occur if you have traded on more than one selection. If this happens then you cannot just hit the "green" square adjacent the runner as it will give you an incorrect and unbalanced book.
For example, you traded two horses and have £15 green showing on horse one and £3 green on horse two with the remainder all showing £4 red. You cannot just hit the green square adjacent horse 1 and then horse 2 as it will be incorrect.
The easiest thing to do is to go to the One Click tab. If you put a tick in "Green" then BA will show you your true overall position. When you click adjacent one of the horses it will place the orders to ensure an even spread across all runner. If you want to just leave profit on one of them then uncheck the tick and it will show you the individual position. NOTE: Be careful when you trade multiple horses as this can result in incorrect figures.
Try it in practice mode and you'll soon get a feel what is happening and how you should do it.
