Subscription problem

My card expired which lead to my payment to Betangel being declined. I have updated this now with a new card and sent messages to support and admin but I have yet to receive a serial number. I just hope you're not all in bed hungover! Can someone please send me one asap so I can trade on todays races. Thanks
