having problems with soccer mystic... or mabey its me

hi team and fellow traders, recently im not sure when it started ive had problems with soccer mystic or mabey its me... when i log in to a match and try to view the info from soccer mystic it seems to give a weak signal strength and shows "no match" as a header.... also the graph seems to be always showing the same for each match... any ideas many thanks
