Read out Soccer scores?

Hi,

this is my first post, and just starting to learn Bet Angel.

My question: Is there away for Bet Angel to read out if a soccer game is in 0 - 0, or 2 - 1? i.e read out the exact score?

Hi Patrik, welcome to the forum

I do not think this would be an option as you would need a data feed for the appropriate football match.

I tend to use Betfair's Live Score and customise it for the games(s) I want. You then get an audible alert when there is a goal and you can monitor the score.

There are other sites that offer this and if you have an iPhone there are some decent apps like LiveScore or FotMob which offer good info. I am sure there are others and other forumites will offer their favourites.

Ok, then I know ... maybe have to script VBA to get the result from "scraping" BetFair website and put it into excel

I had a similar problem. Eventually set up some data scraping, which feeds score and times into excel. I then auto fire off bets when the score, minutes and odds are where I want them.
