Lay the draw!

I created a pretty simple rule to lay the draw between the 1st and 2nd min of a game that gets fired fine. I then try and green all selections when the odds exceed 5.0 but the green up isn't firing!

In the green up i have selected
-relative to inplay 00:01:00 to 01:50:00 to cover ht and added time and the 90 mins.
-back price, in row 3, greater than 5.0 (should this be relative odds condition or fixed odds condition?)

Any suggestions?
