And clearly shows how much referees favour Manure over Chelsea, even though they say they don't.mcfc1981 wrote:not opened the link but does it tell u the difference between injury time added when utd are ahead and when they are drawing or losing????

Or just when the Man utd is ahead, always play at the same pace until the last second, so there is no need of 4-5 minutes of added time. When the Man utd is losing, opponents lose a lot of time to break the suffocating rhythm of Man utd and then the referee is forced to increase the added time ...Simple explanation..
Let's talk about Chelsea then... uefa is very strictly on ADDED TIME. If the referee announced 4 minutes of added time, the game must end at the 94' minute of the game unless there has been a striking disruption during injury time. The corner which have given the 3-2 lead against Shaktar should have not been aloud. In fact the referee recieved a warning from the Uefa because of that incident..

Not according to the author of the piece...
"There is no statistical proof that Fergie time applies specifically to Man Utd. But the statistics do show a bias towards big teams."
Also, let's consider the possibility that, when Man U are winning, they are often able to kill off a game, meaning that there's less chance of injuries than if they are really going for it against weaker opponents who are trying every trick in the book to stop them scoring.
