Hi guys,

Am after some info on the following if possible.

I tend to scalp in the under 2.5 goals market a lot... when a goal is scored, i always see almost every price on the lay side have some money in it. So my question is how do people get their money in so quickly after a goal is scored?

Do i need to upgrade anything?

i've always wondered that too, one suspects we're not all on a level playing field.

also, why does it take BF so long to turn the market back in-play after a goal? it's one of the most important betting/trading times and yet the game has always re-started these days before the market is open again.

Could just be people who have lots of stats who can model games and know what the odds should be depending on whether a goal is scored, and then have keep bets set ready to go in immediately. You'd have to ask someone who actually does football to be sure though.

Thanks for your replies chaps. SuperFrank - yes totally agree with the annoying "suspended", which is far too long.

hgodden, never thought about the "keep bets"....does that work after a goal is scored as i thought BF cancelled all bets?!?!

They do cancel them, except for the ones that were 'kept'.

If you know what the odds should be after a goal at any given time, you can use keep bets to be near first in line after a suspension.

sometimes I can get my money in manually from the ladder before the keep bets arrive....I can catch money outside the price on the odd occasion where people are desperate to green or red up
