Hi i am fairly new to Bet Angel and just want to place simple bets on the ladder interface on multiple positions but i want to have a stop loss on them all .
Only problem is the right click function only works on one market . So for example i want to back multiple teams and have a stop loss 2/3/4 ticks away from my entry then i can walk away safe in the knowledge that my risk is controlled . i can come back later and green up if i want or continue to let the position run . Can someone please tell me how i do this i use the guardian if this helps. Many Thanks :? i do not want to green up automatically want that left free for a manual close

The right click stop loss will not save when you change market.

This is because it is not attached to an unmatched bet but instead relies on a trigger.

In order to efficiently trigger the stop, the market needs to be monitored in real-time. Which means leaving it in the main focus of the application. Once the market is added to Guardian it is no longer monitored in real time but as part of the Guardian refresh cycle.

This means that once Guardian refreshes the market (say once every 10 - 20 seconds) it is likely that the stop trigger has been missed.

Using the offset method (choosing 'Offset bet with stop' in the top left corner drop down) means that the stop can be attached to an unmatched bet. This makes it easier to manage for Bet Angel since less data is required. However, you still risk missing the stop trigger due to the reasons explained above.

You could try using 'Offset with greening and stop' and add the market to Guardian. Just use a large offset - say 300 ticks. I've never tried this myself but I can't see why this wouldn't get close to what you are trying to acheive.
