i' m searching for an automation similar to "make market" but with 3 ticks and not 1

example if prices are
(2,88)(2,90)(2,92)----(2,94)(2,96)(2,98)

by 1 click i want a lay @ 2,88 and a back @ 2,98

can anyone help me to built this automation?
