I lay all the races in a race at certain odds.
Not 1.01 as I have learnt my lesson with those.

But how do you avoid the non runner problem, for example, I had a non runner in a race today which meant all my lays were relayed at 1.01 which I didn't want of course, and my original price would have won?

Must be a way of automating that surely?

The automation features in Guardian allows to lay the field, by selecting 'lay all selections' at any given price.. bearing in mind that this only allows only one price to be selected i.e lay all runners at 1.5, 30 secs inplay for example

If you wanted to have different lay odds for different runners you would have to set-up a automation file and individualise it for each of the runners in a race i.e lay the favourite at x odds, lay the 2ndfav at y odds, the 3rd at Z etc.

Hope this helps

Rich :)

There is a condition in the rules that allows you to set the number of runners. So if you set up the rule to not fire on that condition that should avoid R4's.
