Problems viewing tennis

I believe I have performed all the requirements needed to view the tennis, but instead I see a "Total goals" SUSPENDED page.

I have attached screenshots of the key parts of the process, I went through.

I have version 1.31.0.

I've seen this before when data is not refreshing.

Check you have not accidentally unticked the auto refresh data check box.

I would also restart Bet Angel and your computer.

It's in the top left. It says 'Refresh every' with a drop down box with some options. I have this set to 300ms. Make sure the tick box is checked.

It's ticked and already set to 300 ms.

I definitely have "Australian wallet" ticked on login. As soon, as it logins me in it says Australian wallet at the very top, but it loads in my UK betfair account balance in the bottom right hand corner.

That seems odd to me.

I have £0.84 in my UK wallet & £100 in my Australian wallet.

I eventually figured out the problem.

I was using an old connection number, therefore it was invalid.
