Hi

I've noticed over the last few weeks that trading evening markets is sometimes a lot harder and opportunities do not arrive like they do in the day, I haven't seen a big enough sample though and was wondering if anyone else notices this?

I haven't traded evening racing on turf yet this is just the AW meeting

Thanks

Evening racing in the winter can be pretty tough. Generally poor quality races with little betting interest.

Thanks Euler, I think I'll leave the evening racing for the flat season unless something spectacular pops up

Thanks for the reply

I'm not fussed if I miss it, but I'll often just keep a watching brief on it in case something pop ups but that's about it.

Think that's the route I'll take until the Flat season. I've never traded during the flat season, well not with the knowledge I have now anyway, are the markets during that time of year just as good day and evening?

February is the low point for racing, then we hit Cheltenham in March, Aintree in April then transition from jumps to flat in May. Things really start to pick up then with high quality racing most weeks and lots of evening racing as well.
