Golf and Dead Heat Rules

Hello, new to this and I am looking at the feasibilty of making money from golf tournaments by laying the field for the outright winner and round leader markets.

The betfair rules say that the "Dead Heat" rule applies.

How would this relate to a golf tournament in the round leader and outright winner markets?

I assume a playoff would decide the outright winner or would bets be settled on all those players with the lowest score?
