really poor liquidity at Warwick so far - do you reckon that many weekend traders have only ATR and don't trade RUK races cos they have no coverage?

and in all fairness theres less time running into the race

There doesn't seem to be many backers, hoping that BF haven't diverted most punters away from exchange already. Very poor SP as well. Today's seem strange.

I've taken a couple of things to SP close to the off today and got slaughtered so have stopped doing it. You don't expect the best if you risk SP but it's terrible today.

I don't think it was that bad in the end. I think most of the liquidity trouble came due to the way the races where clashing rather than a sea change at betfair - tbh I've seen worse saturdays in winter. Every time there is a rough day or two people are forcasting the end of trading on betfair :lol:

I did OK in the end as well. Tepid start, but got better as the afternoon wore on. I think we are all quick to self doubt when things are not immediately going to plan.
