Jeff,
With Man u being highly priced, its a great opportunity to get some money in the market now with some offset bets..
(I hope to have a nice green on Man U by tonight)
I expect Fergie will play this very tight and try and sneak one on the break, so if no goals are scored early on the odds might come down a bit and Real's will drift (i think!)
Cant wait for this game!
Regards
Peter

I, as a good Italian, today are not biased, and you confirm that to me it seems excessive as well as listing, unless ... ... There are no reports of major last-minute unavailable, but this you should know better you.
Anyway, personally I expect a draw or a victory at real, but with minimum waste, then play everything back at Stanford bridge.

Tonight games will be very difficult to predict! As far as I'm concerned I am for an outstanding real madrid victory ( 2-0, 3-0) and a small advantage to the borussia dortmund! These games are a good to bet live, it takes 10-15 minutes of the game to take the first decisions .. It 's obvious when I think Mourinho vs A Fergusson, Ronaldo vs. Van persie and the full squads, It's easy to say man utd will no qualify for the next round. If I also think that Man utd conceding goals average is the same away and home there is a big danger of being slaughtered over the 2 legs, but as I said before we must give some credit di fergusson and his boys and take some cautions before making obvious predictions! ! I do not agree that man utd odds to win are too high. I would say more that, to better balance the real opportunitys of both teams the draw should go down a bit and real madrid should be a good value from 2.0 onwards.
Fergusson may use an extra man in defence and if we consider how bad is that Man utd department, will make me wonder what difference will the extra man make. If the impact is not good enough fergusson will come out the bernabeu thinking how bad was his decision of not trying to play for a victory by not strengthen the departments which usually work better for man utd.
I have to put a bet to start with anyway and I d like to lay Shaktar and Man utd and because of odds there is a good margin to change things within 15-20 minutes of the game and so on!! I also think if Man utd scored 1st could be a big bonus to lay them in PLAY!!!
Btw good luck!!

I have backed united at 5.7 for a small amount as its not very often you see them around this price prior to kick off.
Im hoping there will be some trading opportunities once the game gets under way. :D

I agree.

Real Madrid are 16 points behind Barcelona in La Liga, so their price against United seems extremely low...

There are already some trading opportunities!!! You need to follow the real madrid odds on the lay side..I am confident it will throw some cracking opportunities from now on.

Tearing my hair out trying to get out of my Madrid lay, just can't get out! All i can see going on is laying until the current price moves down to like 1k and then someone plonks in another 50k, rinse and repeat.

Sitting there at the front of the queue at 1.61 and literally impossible to get matched.

I don't trade football markets pre match that often and I'm struggling to see why these huge endless sums keep entering at the same price once it dwindles down to like 5k. Someone is just literally sitting there throwing in 50k.

I just did a scan on when Man Utd have traded at odds this large away from home and it's really hard to find anything. So I narrowed the search to away odds of 3.65 or higher for United.

It throws up matches where they played: -

Roma, Chelsea, Wolfsburg, Barcelona, Man City & Galatasaray.

Must admit I layed Real thinking the general consensus would be that both a Utd win and the draw price looked too big, Madrid have actually steamed in a bit though

But what does the market know that you and I don't? This isn't like some bent greyhound race where the trainer might know that his odds on favorite hasn't been trained properly. Unless Van Persie has sprained his ankle and it's being kept quiet, then all of the relevant facts are in the public domain...

I'd be very surprised if United shot through the resistance point of 6 ~ 6.20

Could be a good time to lay Real now
