We would like to announce the following:

We will be refunding all commission on UK football matches today. -All races will be commission-free at Cheltenham on Tuesday.
What does that mean for ante-post trading on Tuesday markets?

You'll have to ask Betfair about that, not sure but I'd imagine it wouldn't be in your favour. ;)

Hmmm...

Perhaps he is better at operations than he is at communications... :|

Is this a technical fault or are Betfair being targetted by hackers? 3pm Saturday must be their busiest time of the wek. Attempted extortion before Cheltenham?

We Italians there is no longer allowed to access Betdaq, Betfair, so if crashes, we must suffer the consequences.

It happens with such regularity that I don't think it was.

Answer of the ante-post question
This will not apply to those in the Antepost markets but will include in-running bets.

We are seeing the Betfair API return errors on big field races, not great just ahead of the Grand National. Please be aware.

We have captured data and will send a report to Betfair.

When we started seeing server errors earlier in the day we quickly escalted to Betfair but I seriously doubt that anybody acted on them. We even took time out from trading to show where the error was occuring. Definately a back end thing.
