Bet Placing Error - Fully matched with BF id

Great, it has to happen on Day 1.

When placing multiple bets I get an error saying its fully matched but log has missing betfair id. Bets are not placed or matched.

Have sent an email to BA support but hoping somebody has a simpler solution to this problem.

I would check your communications settings and maybe restart your computer to be on the safe side.

Sometimes, communications can stall if there is a time-out. You can re-initialise communications by clicking on the red 'R' at the bottom of the screen.

Thanks. I was trying to multi-task by having BA open in VPS as well as computer and the VPS was a problem so I've rebooted that. It seem to have worked.
