add automatically market in excel

Hi,
I need to add 100 markets in excel sheet with guardian, but it's very annoying to choose excel sheet with every market manually.
How can I automate this task?

You can choose the 'bind automatically' option within Guardian. This will link markets in sequence to sheets open in the connected workbook.
