Forex Trading that can be applied to betfair
I found this interesting series of articles on learning to trade forex, which includes understanding the market and pricing mechanisms and covers some basic trading techniques. It also covers charting and how a trader should react to any given market opportunity. Its interesting how in my brief trading career how I've noticed some similarities between Betfair and forex markets... we'll ignore the trading volume for now though

Forex is the best trade market in the world. everybody should learn about forex trade market. If anybody want to invest in forex market he must be learn more and more about forex market. Without learning forex market is not easy for him.
People talk about how the Betfair markets are different to the financials because the Betfair markets are correlated. However, if you think about it, so are the currency pairs...
Assuming you're trading via Level 2 (ladder trading), I'd say that the big challenge as far as making the transition is concerned will be transaction costs.
