Hello,

I have installed vista on my laptop. Now, everytime I log in to betangel I get this fatal error message.

I have installed Microsoft net several times. But I'am not sure which version I need to run betangel.

What OS were you using before Vista and did you upgrade the OS with Bet Angel already being installed?

If you did then I would remove Bet Angel and then install it again. If that fails remove Bet Angel and then remove all versions of .net When you come to install Bet Angel it was advise no version of .net is installed and will aid you to download and install it

Before I also used Vista. I've set up my laptop completely new because something didn't work. Before the new set up betangel run very well.

I also have removed betangel several times and installed it again.

Okay, now I try to remove all versions of .net and betangel and then I install betangel first and afterwards the versions of net.

Do I need only the latest version of .net or do I also need the 2.0, 3.0 etc.?

Bet Angel should (if I remember correct) install the version of .Net it requires.

Bet Angel requires Microsoft .NETv2

Also, you will need to ensure you have the latest service packs on your Windows Vista install. Use Windows update.

Finally, if your laptop was not originally supplied with Windows Vista but with Windows XP or older then it is possible it simply will not run this operating system due to hardware incompatibilities. Check with Microsoft.

Vista is the original operating system.

Do you have a link where I can download Microsoft .NETv2. I don't find one with google.

I try to set up Vista again.

If you keep working your way through the windows updates it should solve your problem

Widows Vista is up now. Any advise what to do first?
No Microsoft.net is installed.

Install Bet Angel and let it install the correct version of .net

Betangel is installed, but no version of Microsoft.net.

just keep doing the updates,click bottom left corner of your desktop and type update thy shouls keep coming for hours

I have downloaded all Updates, but it still don't work. But I have found a way to log in and I think I know, why it don't work well. I try to explain it with my small English skills.

When I log in, first thing that happens is that a internet page is loading in bet angel. And I think this is the reason why betangel always crashes down. When I log in to betangel and before the page is loaded I disconnect my internet connection, betangel don't crash. When I reconnect to the internet I can load the markets as before. After that I also can open other internet pages with betangel. But as soon as I click the house-button which leads me to the page which everbody sees when starting betangel, it crashes again.

Is there a way to change the starting page? Or does anybody know, why this happens?
