I still dont think Mancini is in the same league as top managers like Fergie..One of the basic 101 rules in Management is "Criticise in private, Praise in public"
You cant help but think, that that has done neither of them any favours

I don't want to tempt fate, but it looks pretty certain that Man U will take the Premiership title yet again... 8-)

People should be very wary about writing Man U off and saying the glory years are behind us, as they keep getting proven wrong.

It's not necessarily the best use of funds, but backing Utd in the Pl market after a bad patch rarely fails to profit.

Think i had about 9 good trades on them last season,
people are way to keen to right them off at the first opportunity,
I mean come on we all know by now that they are always there or thereabouts come May :D .

My hunch is that if I'd backed United every they hit the 90th minute needing a goal to win, I'd have made a fortune over the years!

Southampton v Liverpool

Interesting game. Liverpool played poorly, Southampton some great stuff at times. When the secod goal went in, I couldn't help think surely Liverpool can't play any worse in the second half. I shall see if it was worth laying Southampton at 1.3

Southampton deserved that win in the end. Pressed the ball very well.

United up 1-0 in two minutes and look like they will bag the title this evening.

I shall resist the temptation to gloat and remind the naysayers that their prediction of United's imminent demise has once again proved to be mere wishful thinking! :)
