making a market

Apologies if I am asking this question in the wrong place. Someone has probably done something very similar, but I can't seem to find it.

I am trying to create a method to make a market for 2 and 3 runner markets such as tennis, darts and football. Nothing automated, all manual controls.

The parameters are:
- spread (also need to be able to move the spread with bets already on the exchange that just adjust the current bets accordinging)
- stake

Inputs:
- my price (when my price is updated, the existing market bets are adjusted accordingly)
- select runner to make a market on (max of 3)

Other functions:
- cancel all
