Today I had a good steady day until the last race at cartmell when something strange happened. I was in a good position, after trading on mrs eff ready to green up, when all of a sudden the race was suspended. When it reopened, all my profit was showing a loss. It looked as though a horse was withdrawn. How could this happen? Then to try and get back into profit I put more than i should have on mrs eff...and she lost. I can tell you she couldn't have had a better name!

I was watching the footy, but a late R4 sounds a feasible explanation, but slightly unusual in a jumps race.

thanks euler, it happened quite near the start time so there wasn't much time to do a lot...other than red up!

Hi Retra .
i was also trading that race on the same horse,i was looking at a loss also, sometimes i think its better to put all the loss on one selection rather than spreading the entire the loss across the book, this what i did with mr eff ,so i got out ok.mind you i did have a squeeky bum monent when she looked like winning,
as to what happened and why the market was suspended i have no idea,,
