I'm certainly glad I greened up on Tsonga, he was hugely disappointing

It's all gone rather flat because I'm struggling to see Ferrer win 3 sets off Rafa

I think we had our final today. I'm not sure I will trade the final on Sunday.

Djok versus Rafa was a classic tennis match. Not the breakthrough I was looking for unfortunately (I really needed Djokovic to win). Djokovic a bit unlucky to lose in the end, Rafa got home by a whisker.

Interesting fact: Starting with less than 100 in the bank, we could have made thousands In-Play if we'd backed each time Djoks price went over 30, and layed off when the price crashed back down below 3s. It happened several times. But we'd have needed steel balls to do that. Still, that really demonstrates the potential of In-Play. Something to remember for next time.

It was dull, but the 1st set had some nice swings early doors

Pre-match trading requires a bit of patience & searching all the markets available

There's currently over £1m being offered at 1.13 on Nadal + over £300k asking for 1.14

Quite often it's easier to get matched on set betting instead

Not much of a final

If you're a short priced backer, 1.14 was a tremendous price on Rafa - it never looked in doubt

The real take-away from the tournament is that Djokovic-Nadal matches are likely to be classics, and traders can clean-up in In-Play if they're prepared to back/lay Nole/Rafa at extreme high/low prices and have the steel balls required to hold their nerve and hold the position until the prices snap back the other way.
