Looks like Betfair put up a malformed market. I was switching locations and didn't trade it, but if you did they suspended quite a few minutes out and never reformed the market.

They forgot to add the reserve runners to the market then blamed it on a technical error

Hard to see they could have done anything else to be fair, the reserves weren't placed so anyone betting on the winner shouldn't be penalised. Maybe a few traders caught with unclosed positions with the early suspend but that's akin to any Betfair outage.
