Betfair Xmatching not working?

Over the last couple of weeks I have noticed something odd happening on the ladder interface, where the odds for one team, horse, result, seem to get completely mixed up, this doesn't appear for long maybe a second or two then it is back to normal. But last Friday I was able to screen capture it

I do not believe it has anything to do with Bet Angel freezing etc. as the other ladders were working as normal while this one seemed stuck.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Have you tried switch the xm on and off in Bet Angel to see if that has an effect? It could be the book going overbroke and Bet Angel displaying impossible prices? I'll have to check if that's possible?

I have turned off xm in Bet Angel and will monitor it for a couple of days.

When I first saw this I thought my eyes were playing up as I didn't think it was possible but having seen it a few times and been able to capture it my faith in my eyesight is restore but my faith in the Betfair cross matching is lowered.

If you can isolate when it occurs, maybe on this thread, make notes on markets etc, maybe we can isolate what is going on. Are you seeing it on racing only?

I have seen it on horse racing, tennis and cricket, (the image was from the ashes match last friday and shows the Australian team odds) but not football although I don't spend so much time trading football at the moment

This has happened to me as well, soon after my internet connection dropped.

I have used BetAngel with XM turned off for a few days but it has not made any difference I am still seeing this, but only very briefly.

hi i was seeing this quite a lot of times today on the monaghan v donegal match odds gaelic football.
ive noticed it as well on the regular racing markeets for a couple of weeks now...
