No Bet confirm sound on Windows 8

I have just treated myself to a new ultrabook with Windows 8.After loading everything up im not geeting the click when I place a bet,all the other sound warnings are working its just the bet placement.All boxes are ticked on the sound alerts page.
Any ideas?
