What problem are you having?

Can you provide any more details? Are you seeing an error message for example? Have you tried a different browser as it does require javascript and cookies to be enabled?

The site is accepting registrations currently so there appears to be no problem this end.

When it gets to the screen asking for 'user name, email, password etc. I do all that is required and try to subscribe but screen just does nothing no matter how many times I press the subscribe button. I have tried my BA details aswell as new ones but still nothing. It is very strange?

Updated Java and still nothing!
As I have tried both methods this question is really inmaterial really, but should I be using a new unique username and password or the ones I use for BA start up? If so should the password be anything special ie numbers and letters etc.

The academy is not linked to Betfair or to your Bet Angel account. It will require registration with a new user-name and password.

It is perplexing why you cannot register. I can't figure out why it is failing for you.

How far along this form do you get?

What happens when you click on Subscribe? Remember - if you do have not logged into the academy before you will need to complete the 'New user account' section.

Yippee I am in! Interesting though David from BA sent me a link via an email. This worked straight away. So the only difference was using the link at the bottom of the homepage in the forum and using the link that came via email! What a difference it makes I am buggered if I know

Yes. I had a chat with him and suggested he send you the link directly.

Just to close this off, can you tell me if the first route you tried involved clicking through from an email somewhere? What was the URL displayed in the web address bar when it doesn't work? Can you recreate this?

6thsense.
What I did.
1. Start up BA
2. Bottom left had corner of home page there is 'Training academy - Read more' click on 'read more'.
3. When this loads drop down members.
4. Click on 'sign up'
5. Go through 'new user' details ie passwords, email etc.
6. Click subscribe.
This is when nothing happens
