Did anyone spot this in the last race inplay (1640), right at the start lots of big money changing hands on both sides of the book on 'Rub of the relic', very suspicious to me..

Image shows 40ish seconds into race.

Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge delay before the 17:10 went inplay at Newcastle. Horse reared and chucked jockey and the market took ages to go inplay.

A good start to the day for some, Hors De Combat traded at 1.02 and lost!
I wasn't watching the race, but you could just tell from the prices what was happening there

I dont know what happened in the 16:20 at Thirsk...It went in play momentarily and then back to suspended..
I caught a graph of this one directly after it went in play...

There was a false start followed by a withdrawl

Thanks for that.
Its crazy how the prices jump around in those first few seconds; it makes you wonder how much real money there is around..

Yeah, was rare to see a false start on a 6f race, sure it made things pretty uncomfortable for some

Also a 1000 winner at York..

Nearly! :
08/09/2013 15:37:51: £ 2.0 Back bet placed on Cosmic Halo at 960.0. Entirely unmatched when it initially reached the market. Ref: XXXXX

There are some strange opportunities about at the moment!

Agreed, Della Sun just went down to 1.05 in the 1545. I live just up the road from Fontwell and I think the weather might be affecting it (rain)

Tell her there is traffic and you can't make it til 6. She will appreciate it in the future when she is spending it.

Steve,
You've obviously not got a daughter as old as mine, or you'd know that they spend it anyway! Your time will come!
regards
Peter

...and she only lives 200 yards away
