Setting up streams for trading

Hi I've been away for a bit and am looking for some advice re racing streams for in running trading. I'd heard that BF live is now ahead or on a par with sis and ruk, is this correct? Also is the betdaq live service behind betfair?

if that is the case how do people find the live streams, are they useable?
