course grading in relation to swing trading

Be grateful if anyone could answer the following:

Can a grade one or two course with a such as a newmarket with a grade 4 race abd a short price fav trading at 2.52 ish (example newm 1420 today) with not much opposition still get a good swing trade opportunity, or is the action likely to be slow and drawn out? the second fav is trading at around 8's just now?

Also does anyone know what grade course bangor is?
