Anyone else received an email from Betfair asking them to complete a satisfaction survey?

Some interesting questions that give users the chance to tell them to move back to exchange and away from sportsbook

How ironic it takes a bookie from the Evil Elf World Of Rip Off Merchants to make betfair revert to listening mode. Shame they didn't have their ears open a couple of years ago.

Alas, customer surveys and brainwank ideas like making only rugby immune to PC signal it's just fiddling on the Titanic. Betfair is dead man walking unless and until anyone appears with the balls and the brains to end the PC... and the current clusterfuck in Hammersmith aint that.
