Sorry but I have very little spare time, I am off to visit a good friend in the local oncology unit.

This is a 2yo race so I am always slightly wary of potential improvers. Having said that Jazzy Lady is the worth favourite for this race. She has won her last two races very well and although she's gone up 6lb for her last win, her young pilot takes of 7lb.

There was support for Boogangoo but I am not sure this trip will suit as her sire excels with 6-7f horses so at 2yo will 8.5f suit her? I am not sure it will and if others pick up on this stat then I could see her drifting back out.

The danger could be Goleador who may be suited in this company and improvement is likely based on her breeding.

If the money doesn't come for these two then we could get a real steam on Jazzy Lady. On her form she could win this by simply repeating her last standard of race.

They are 2yo horses so I am inclined to use smaller stakes as improvement and regression can be expected!

I have just returned home and watched the video of this race. The young jockey had a real Polyfilla ride and that cost Jazzy Lady the race. It can happen with young riders in this class and I accept that.

It appears as though she drifted pre-race to a decent price, did anyone get an in-running low for her?

Pre off She moved from 3.05 to 2.7 then back out to some somewhere near 3.5 as Goleador came in
