Probs opening market overview

When i try to open market overview i get this. Its a new computer ( well new to me )

Does anyone know why this happens ? Iv'e been pricing some more memory but i don't what to get it incase its the graphics card.. It only happens when i try to open market overview everything else works dead on, Bet angel is the only thing on the computer..

I think this is a registry error/corruption, but I have no idea how you fix it. A memory upgrade certainly wouldn't, are you able to reinstall or repair the operating system?

I would say that either one of the .net files is corrupt or one of the Bet Angel files is, my bet would be a .net file. Have a look on the microsoft web sites and see if you can get an updated version of .net I beleive bet angel requires version 2 as a minimum.

Although we haven't seen this issue before, it looks like the error is coming from the graphics library that we use for the charts on the overview screen.

There is probably a compatibility problem between it and your PC's graphics adapter. Before attempting to reinstall Windows, first try reinstalling/updating the drivers for the PC graphics adapter.

Thanks dmbusa and bet angel, i will try them when i get a chance. The graphics card is '256MB ATI Radeon FireMV 2250 Dual-Head' I take it that's dead on for bet angel. Thanks

I think i need a better graphics card, does anyone have any suggestion's ? All that will be on it is Bet angel with two monitors, it only to last for about a year so i don't want to spend to much....
