Riddleofthesands was heavily eased after routing the opposition at Chepstow. He runs today under a 7lb penalty but this is negated by the claim of the useful amateur R Hatch. He is basically a winner without a penalty so a repeat of his last run will win this race.

I am slightly disappointed by the 2.0 on offer but this is a front runner who jumps well so the price should contract if he runs to form.

Kauto the Roc is the potential fly in the ointment.
