Best VPN / VPS? Is it possible to use Betangel from Italy?

Reading this forum/site from a while, and decided just now to subscribe and login! I've heard they are legalizing betting exchange (with JUST 7 years of delay.. ) in Italy so it'll be possible to play on Betfair.it in a while.
I've 2 questions, and thanks for who is going to help me with that

1) Which is the best VPN / VPS to connect directly on Betfair.com? In this case is it possible to use BetAngel on it?

2) Do you think BetAngel is going to work on Betfair.IT? (so just for italy?)

The real problem is that betfair is going probably to struggle or anyway it'll need time to attract money!

As I understand it the Italian exchange will only be available to Italians and therefore the liquidity will struggle. I think also they limit it to Italian sports? No horse racing?

So I think it's still worth you trying to connect to the UK exchange.

In the meanwhile i'm just looking at trends of the market and get into it (even if with a gratis and slow VPN) without trading a penny yesterday i was shocked: 175,000 pounds matched on CHIEVO - REGGINA..

I'm understanding a bit more and doing trade on paper..it's not going bad at all (even if with real money is totally different).

MAIN QUESTIONS:
1) as i'm doing it with a friend (girl) i think i m going to use her id card, but my italian credit card - used just for it -...could it be a problem to subscribe or the problem is just about the document?

2) Which are the legal consequence if i play on Betfair.com trought a VPN in a country where i'm not allow to do it? (France/Spain/Italy?) - i ask this cause i m planning to move to Tenerife
