New computer - new version of BetAngel

I have had to move everything to a new computer. It has raised two questions:

1) Is there some way of copying my settings and screen layout I had on the old computer to the new one? and

2) I have upgraded to 1.35.2. When I first open (or if I ever try to go the BA desktop), I get a dialog box which comes up saying,

Do you want to save or open this file?

Name: bap-135c.htm
Type: Chrome HTML Document
From: www.betangel.com

Whatever I seem to do, I always have nothing on the BA desktop. If I click on the home icon, the same message comes up.

Any help greatly appreciated

The browser on BA relies on the framework of Internet Explorer, do you have that installed? That could be the issue?

All settings are held under the directory: -

C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Roaming\Bet Angel\Bet Angel Professional\

This directory may be hidden but all the settings are under there so if you copy that folder all will settings appear on your new PC.
