Why Is Practice mode running faster than Live

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

I am trying to do basic trading today after a long lay off but the live mode is really lagging and the practice mode is running like the clappers does anyone know why this is, the settings are all set the same

All ok here..
Im using both practice mode and live today doing some comparisons..both refreshing equally as fast..

I did notice something strange though..if you look at the screen shot, it displayed odds of 1010?

Lol Thank you Peter its alot different when real i discovered some great strategies which work but the market seems different speeds of prices etc but nice pretend P.N.L

Alpha - Just double check your settings (inc Mode), you will probably find something..(or close down and reopen)
(That wasn't a real P&L unfortunately, just practice mode, the reds have been equally impressive! I just wish I had the balls to try some of them!)

Odds are pulled in from Betfair at the same speed in both modes, matching is obviously done locally so that may feel slightly different. But that's about it.

Something is wrong on my live mode settings somewhere then, its fustrating making big greens on Practice mode with a nice strategy, it works on live grening quarter of my profits amounts get matched but lagging its a put off
