bet angel Auto stop loss settings

Hi all.

I wonder if you can help me please.

I have the full version and have been using right click stop loss today.

however when the race starts (Even tho i have ) pressed keep the bet in play. the stop loss cuts itself out.

1 Is there a way it stays on in play without having to re select it?

2 When it is on in play, does it stay on till the race ends or gets matched or so? or does it switch itself off 2/3 thrugh the race? Thanks

I know any lay offsets get forgotten when the market goes in-play so I assume the same is true for any stop losses. If so you have to place the bet in-play.

Thanks, what about when you have right clicked a stop loss in play, how far from the end of the race does it cease to exist or does it go on till the end?

Whatever you do the auto Stop Loss (right click on ladder)does not work in running, use pre race only, I lost a good lot of money by expecting the stop loss to do what it is suppose to do.
In running the prices move so quickly that 90% of the time it will not click your stop loss in, and you could lose your bet.

Perfectly fine pre race, not in running.

Also is this normal? When I right click a stop loss, then move to another market and come back the stop loss has gone and I have to re press.

if you change market you will lose a right clicked stop on the ladder.

So is there an an automated stop loss anywhere on bet angel? One that stays on?

yes on the global settings.

have you read the user manual? if not read it and try out in practice mode before you use real money in a live market.

you can also use automation either in excel or guardian to either a provide a stop (excel) or to cut out at a predefined loss (excel and guardian). you will need to know some excel and you will need to read the user guide for guardian (plus read numerous freds in this forum).

No have not the guide to be honest as I had watched all videos on the training page. Where can I find the user guide please?

just to clarify the global settings stops will cancel once the market goes in play. as for guardian and excel read the guide.
