Yep.

At the moment I can see the exposure of one market at a time which is fine, I'd just like to see the overall figure as it changes throughout the day without having to use the Betfair website.

If I've bets in 10 markets at once I'd like to see the total exposure across them all as one figure, rather than just the markets I have open at the time.

I only ask as the account balance is available via betangel, just wondering what else is.

I don't believe Betfair expose the current account exposure via the API but I will have a look and check.
