Can Bet Angel Do This?

Hi Guys

Hope you can help with a prepurchase question.

I want to be able to make a horse selection and to have the bot place the bet 15 - 30 seconds before the off but only if the named selection is the Fav or JFav, Is not odds on and there are a minum of 6 runners in the race.

Can Bet Angel do this?
